Kenza AMEZIANE HASSANI is a food quality and Halal certification professional with more than seven years of experience in quality management, food safety, Halal auditing, and regulatory compliance. She holds a diploma in Quality of Animal Products and Products of Animal Origin and is currently pursuing her studies in Food Technology and Business Administration. Kenza has completed professional training as an FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor, based on ISO 22000:2018 and approved by CQI and IRCA, as well as Halal Lead Auditor training approved by Highfield. She has also undertaken professional training in food safety, HACCP, and management systems. She currently serves as Quality Manager at The Halal Approval South America S.A. (THASA), where she is responsible for developing and maintaining Halal management systems and evaluating food manufacturers and exporters against international Halal standards and regulatory requirements.
