Valcheva Nedyalka is an accomplished academic and researcher from Bulgaria with extensive expertise in food technologies, microbiology, and water quality studies. She completed her Master’s degree in “Technology of Vegetable, Food and Flavor Products” at the University of Food Technologies, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, in 1990. From 1990 to 2016, she served as a teacher at the Vocational High School of Chemical and Food Technologies “Prof. Asen Zlatarov,” Dimitrovgrad, Bulgaria, contributing significantly to science education and student development. In 2014, she earned her Ph.D. from the University of Food Technologies, Plovdiv, with research focused on the “Microflora of Healing and Spring Waters in the Haskovo and Stara Zagora Regions.” Since 2016, she has been working as a Senior Expert Organizer in the Department of Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Physics at Trakia University, Stara Zagora. In 2023, she obtained her DSc degree for her advanced research on the physical, chemical, and microbiological characteristics of Bulgarian waters and identified microorganisms.
