I'm a researcher in Process Engineering and holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Process Engineering. My research focuses on the development, optimization, and characterization of sustainable processes for the extraction and valorization of bioactive compounds from natural, agricultural, and agro-food resources. My scientific expertise encompasses green extraction technologies, process optimization, physicochemical and microbiological characterization, natural products, and the valorization of perishable agro-food products and agricultural by-products.
